Packing is the part everyone underestimates. It's not hard, exactly — it's just relentless, and it's the difference between things arriving whole and arriving in pieces. Good packing is proper boxes, the right wrapping, sensible weights, and knowing which items need real protection rather than a quick roll of newspaper and a hopeful label.

We'll do as much or as little as you like. Hand over the whole house, just the kitchen and the breakables, or only the things you daren't box yourself — it's up to you. And if your move is carrying on to Europe, we pack it to make the longer journey, not just the trip to the van.

Levels of packing

Choose how much you hand over

Full

We pack everything

Hands off — we bring the boxes and materials and pack the whole house, room by room, labelled as we go. You wake up to an empty place and let us do the rest. Best when time is short or the move is big.

Part

We pack the tricky bits

You handle the books and clothes; we take on the kitchen, the glassware, the pictures and anything you'd rather not wrestle with. A sensible middle ground that splits the work where it makes sense.

Fragile-only

We protect what matters

You do the everyday boxing and leave the breakables to us — mirrors, ceramics, art, the good glasses, the things you'd hate to lose. The bits worth getting right, done properly.

What's included

Packing that earns its keep

  • Proper materials

Sturdy boxes in the right sizes, tissue and bubble, wardrobe cartons, tape and paper — not the flimsy supermarket boxes that give out on the stairs.

  • Fragile & awkward items

Glass, ceramics, mirrors, lamps and art wrapped, padded and boxed so they travel still. The odd-shaped things that never fit a standard box are our speciality.

  • Labelled by room

Every box marked with what's inside and where it lands, so unpacking at the other end is quick and nothing goes missing in the pile.

  • Export packing

For moves heading to the European arm, we pack to travel further — extra protection for the longer road, so your things arrive in France or Spain as they left Lewisham.

  • Unpacking too

Want a hand at the other end? We can unpack, place things where you want them and take the empty boxes and paper away with us.

  • As much or as little

Full, part or just the fragile things — you decide how much you take on and how much you hand over. No all-or-nothing.
