What to include when you get in touch

- Access at both ends — stairs, walk-up conversions, lifts, narrow roads.
- Parking on the road, or whether a permit or bay suspension might be needed.
- Anything fragile, bulky or awkward — a piano, glass, big wardrobes, flat-pack to dismantle.
- Your rough timing, and whether the dates are flexible.
